Burger King is promoting their new pomegranate or Blue Hawaii Summer Vinegar sparkling drinks:
When I think vinegar drinks...I'm thinking something like Jolly Ranchers...apple.

It looks like that Blue Hawaii drink needs some vodka. Whiskey for the Pomegranate.

Japanese are not so thrilled that these burgers will cost them Y570. Many said why eat at Mcdonalds for this price when they can go to Subway or Moss.

Oh, that is hilarious! They don't have Domino's where I love. Just Pizza La and some Chicago place (which ironically does not serve Chicago-style pizza, but I don't mind because I am more of a New York pizza-eater myself). I do know that pepperoni is somehow not ever available on Japanese pizza. You can get all sorts of barfy crap like nori and squid ink (well, not really barfy, but really, what the hell?), as well as completely dumb stuff like corn, potato, and mayonnaise on Japanese pizza. But why can't I find pepperoni? I miss Papa Johns, the faction that split away from Domino's. I love their garlic butter which is nothing more than fnasty garlic-flavored soy bean oil. Overall, the pizza quality is better in Japan, but it's helluva expensive. That Chicago place (I should remember the name sometime) has a really great item called the "Dracula Pizza," which has sausage, vegetables, and plenty of garlic. Oh yeah, and olives aren't easily found on Japanese pizza, either. It's a shame.

In April, it was the Evangelion Q Burger at Lotteria
In May, it was the Ramen Burger:
and for June, their latest...the Twin Burger (Cheeseburger and shrimpburger)

That Twin Burger looks nice. The Evangelion burger is a copy of a similarly ridiculous thing Burger King did a few years ago in Japan, with a ridiculous amount of burger patties and about 50,000 calories or something.
